Frequently asked
Why does it say no camera found?
Check that the camera is plugged in, not used by another app, and allowed in your browser's site settings.
Is the video recorded?
No. The camera feed is shown only on your screen and nothing is stored or uploaded.
Why is my picture dark or blurry?
Improve the lighting in front of you and clean the lens. Low light lowers the frame rate too.
Is what I type sent to a server?
No. The tool runs entirely in your browser and there's no server behind it, so what you type never leaves your device and nothing is stored. You can check: it keeps working if you go offline after the page has loaded.
