About IBPS Handwritten declaration Resizer

IBPS PO, Clerk, RRB and SO forms ask for the handwritten declaration as a 50–100 KB, 800 × 400 pixels, JPG file. This page is already set to those rules: choose your handwritten declaration and download a file that fits. Write the declaration text from the notification in English, in your own handwriting, in black ink on white paper. Capital letters are not accepted. IBPS also captures a live photo during the application; the uploaded files below are separate from that. Rules can change from one notification to the next, so check yours; every value below can be edited.

  1. Choose a clear photo or scan of your handwritten declaration.
  2. The size (50–100 KB) and dimensions (800 × 400 pixels) are already filled in. Change them if your notification says otherwise.
  3. Press Compress & download, then upload the JPG to the form.

Questions

Frequently asked

What is the IBPS handwritten declaration size?

Most 2026 notifications ask for 50–100 KB, 800 × 400 pixels, JPG. Always confirm against the official notification for your exam, as limits sometimes change.

Why does the form reject my handwritten declaration?

Usually the file is too big, too small or the wrong shape. This page produces a JPG between 50 and 100 KB at exactly 800 × 400 pixels. If your picture is so small that it falls under 50 KB, the file is padded to meet the minimum without changing the picture.

Is my photo or signature uploaded anywhere?

No. Everything happens in your browser, so your documents never leave your device.
