About IBPS Signature Resizer
IBPS PO, Clerk, RRB and SO forms ask for the signature as a 10–20 KB, 140 × 60 pixels, JPG file. This page is already set to those rules: choose your signature and download a file that fits. Sign in black ink on plain white paper, in running handwriting (signatures in capital letters are rejected), and crop close around it. IBPS also captures a live photo during the application; the uploaded files below are separate from that. Rules can change from one notification to the next, so check yours; every value below can be edited.
- Choose a clear photo or scan of your signature.
- The size (10–20 KB) and dimensions (140 × 60 pixels) are already filled in. Change them if your notification says otherwise.
- Press Compress & download, then upload the JPG to the form.

Frequently asked
What is the IBPS signature size?
Most 2026 notifications ask for 10–20 KB, 140 × 60 pixels, JPG. Always confirm against the official notification for your exam, as limits sometimes change.
Why does the form reject my signature?
Usually the file is too big, too small or the wrong shape. This page produces a JPG between 10 and 20 KB at exactly 140 × 60 pixels. If your picture is so small that it falls under 10 KB, the file is padded to meet the minimum without changing the picture.
Is my photo or signature uploaded anywhere?
No. Everything happens in your browser, so your documents never leave your device.
