Signature to 20–100 KB
Compresses to JPG and adjusts quality (and size if needed) to hit your target. Very small targets may reduce clarity.
About UPSC Signature Resizer
UPSC Civil Services and other UPSC exams forms ask for the signature as a 20–100 KB, JPG file. This page is already set to those rules: choose your signature and download a file that fits. UPSC asks for three signatures, one below the other, on one sheet of white paper in black ink. Scan or photograph the sheet and use it as one image. Guides disagree on whether the photo limit is 200 KB or 300 KB, so this page aims under 200 KB, which meets both. Rules can change from one notification to the next, so check yours; every value below can be edited.
- Choose a clear photo or scan of your signature.
- The size (20–100 KB) are already filled in. Change them if your notification says otherwise.
- Press Compress & download, then upload the JPG to the form.

Frequently asked
What is the UPSC signature size?
Most 2026 notifications ask for 20–100 KB, JPG. Always confirm against the official notification for your exam, as limits sometimes change.
Why does the form reject my signature?
Usually the file is too big, too small or the wrong shape. This page produces a JPG between 20 and 100 KB. If your picture is so small that it falls under 20 KB, the file is padded to meet the minimum without changing the picture.
Is my photo or signature uploaded anywhere?
No. Everything happens in your browser, so your documents never leave your device.
